just got quite excited. I have always wanted to see this car in the flesh:

Thanks! Was quite nice, but not as busy as I thought it would be. And apparently was also fairly quiet on Saturday. But I think there's lots going on here being the festive season...

I went Friday and Saturday... with each of my dads:) Real pa and skoon pa. Looks like I missed a static display... I did not see the 3.0CSL:cry:

I saw Philip... but I was suffering from C.R.A.F.T. disease (cannot remember a fucking thing) at the time and didn't know where I knew you from. :sorry:

LOL, I suffer from C.R.A.F.T. too - hopeless that way. Yep, some of the hangers didn't look very open to the public, but that wasn't going to stop me from taking a look anyway. Some truly awesome cars there! Pity they were all obscured by 'ropes and poles'.

That 3.0 CSL was quite nice, left hand drive, but on closer inspection, could do with some serious TLC! In the pic you can see even the tyres aren't all that clean, but with that said, looks like it's a daily runner, so from that point of view, not bad!!

Must say, was quite an unusual car to find there! Apparently the only RHD drive made is also in SA! Well, read about it, not sure if that is still the case.

It is actually pretty vulgar, kinda like the wings that where fitted to old porsches, but I like it for some weird reason.
