So randomly my one touch window up function works and some times it doesnt , is there a relay or something i need to change??

Put the window half way down, then try the auto up. If it works then you need a new mechanism.

its not the switch coz tried the passenger side one and still didnt work, and it dbl clicks

i havent tried the half way up thing yet , but if it is that then how come it sometimes works?
