Will this single mount manifold work well? or is it junk?

Hi i was just looking around on the internet. looking at single turbo manifolds for n54 and i saw this. The design looks a bit retarded but it might work ok i have no idea...

Just your thoughts, i would never buy it btw... (when i can have it made locally)

I think bottom mount single turbo doesn't leave much space for the turbo. Options for bigger turbo's become impossible.

Similar to the MOTIV manifold. It should work.
If you want to use an external wastegate the manifold needs to be modified.
Be prepared to replace o2 sensor's frequently.

Yae i can imagine it getting very hot being so small.

looked at the manifold - Im no expert, but Ive been given the tip, that at least one exhaust port from the head, should line up with the inlet of the turbo exhaust intake.

Apparently the reason for this is that there is always a constant pulse into the turbo during ignition variation. Makes complete sense - the setup you showed is centered...

This is my understanding - A lot of your big horsepower CAT engines run this format of manifold.
