So having said for months that I wasn't going to part with the X3 I got persuaded (by my Dad no less :biglol
that it was the right time to get into something new.
While I have to say that I do not believe for a second that the X3 was in any danger of "hand grenading", it has done 270k km, has served me very faithfully without a single day of hassle, protected my lovely wife and precious son in an accident and just generally been an awesome vehicle.
I will forever have the fondest memory of the trip from Luderitz to Hilton non-stop last year in July... the X3 was just made for that sort of trip...1934 km in 15hr13min :smilebounce:
Anyway, farewell Wideopn-X3 and welcome WideOpn-Ranger
2.2 XLT 2wd Auto..... Hope she is as reliable as the X3.
I will keep my 320d and see how we go:=):
