Why can't I post my car for sale?

Why is the site no allowing me to post my car for sale?.... It's blocking my post and telling me I don't have the rights for such post? Any ideas what's going on? Or what am I doing wrong?

No bud he put a comment on my items for sale post saying Kidney grills? so i assumed he doesnt know what they are... thats all...:tiptoe:
