Correct, new sump/filter assembly and fresh ZF LifeGuard 6 or LifeGuard 8 oil.

Okay we did some calcs and the best price we can offer for a service special is R3800 incl VAT.  
Our apologies for not giving it at the previous price but the ZAR/Euro exchange rate is killing us on imports.
We hope to offer at a reduced price again in the future, if and when the exchange rate allows it.

The special will run from Monday 13 July 2020 up until Friday 14 August 2020. (1 month)
ZF is only open on weekdays.
It takes approx 1.5 to 2 hours to do a service.
The service is only applicable to the ZF 6HP and ZF 8HP transmissions.  (Unfortunately we don't service any GM or DCT transmissions)

Hi all,

I hope I am not overstepping any boundaries, if I am please forgive me.

I thought perhaps I would be proactive and ask who would all be interested in a ZF service - perhaps if we garner enough hands @"ZF Services South Africa" will  consider running a special for us. I am def keen ready to book my car.

Popped into the durban branch today to get the service done  :thumbs:

Just a heads up to other kzn members, call in prior to taking the vehicle in, unfortunately the branch is currently short staffed and loadsheading schedules can be an issue.

Nash and Chris were accommodating none the less, total time to complete the service was 1 hour  raise:

Do you need to mention that you are a bmwfanatic forum member when booking in to secure the special price or does it not matter? First time considering such service, my vehicle on 97000km so interested in changing transmission oil. I'd appreciate anyone's comment herein.

For me just knowing my car is getting some quality maintenance and care is a pressie also...doesnt need to an 'upgrade' as such.  :smilebounce:

I didn't mention anything so don't think you need to but if the price you get it not right then perhaps mention it.
