, its will be easy to change your's ... can even DIY.. but need to make sure you dial it in correctly 10's of a thousand mm to set the backlash and check that it is Meshing correctly....
Also i dont see any bearings on the Mfactory LS Unit, does it come with the Bearings and outer race's?

Stripping a diff is easy with the tools (SHOP PRESS IS NEEDED) , took me less than 1 hour on the Z4M coupe diff...
The intricate work is making sure its dialed in properly and meshing the Pinion and Ring gear correctly... If its not right, it will start chowing at the Ring gear and Pinion which will mean you having to buy a new diff shortly after this whole exercise.
