what could be these warning lights....

the esp light stays on ... regardless of the switch.
the abs and tire lights stay on too... obv the "!" was just the handbrake

Wheel speed sensor?

Did you check if all the tyres are inflated correctly?

You need to fill petrol.... My light only comes on when there is wheels spin or a bump or something , Karsh is right check the sensor and maybe check your tyre inflation?
I know when I worked at the bank , one of the E90s had this issue , It turned out to be tyre pressure.

the "!" is your tyre pressure warning light, not hand brake.

That is like mentioned: wheel speed sensor or abs pump.

Most of the time it is a wheel speed sensor.

put yourself out of your misery and do a diagnostics.

That will tell you exactly where.

Thanks guys... its not my car, its one that came in at the park and sell at the dealership where i'm working from.
