Howzit guys,

After washing the M last week the car did not want to start. Everything is as normal but she does not turn over. So I decided it's time to have all the issues sorted. Can anyone recommend a shop that will do quality work and not rip me off? I'm in Pretoria. Thanks

this doesn't really exist now days.

The best bet would be John Lodder and his team to resolve... he's about as honest as they come...

Did you wash the engine bay too?

when you try start her does it just do nothing or is it making a clicking sound? if it is then your battery is flat and it probably just needs a jump start, but your battery will probably need to be replaced or the alternator is not charging the battery properly.

starter could also be on its way out

Battery is likely not the problem, it might be the starter though. I just don't understand how it starts first swing and then 30 min later there's nothing. I hope John and his team can help me sort it out.

This is always the case. It is sometimes said that most of your engine's/engine components wear and tear occurs on startup which is why it's never good to do multiple cold starts if you can avoid it, such as moving the car around the garden 10 times a day.
