Who can do a fan delete on e46 328 auto

Hi,

Can anyone help with doing the fan delete and replace with electric fans on E46 328i.

I might wanna replace the thermostat and waterpump as well as the heat guage was going up yesterday. Might wanna bleed to remove the air again first. Anyone that can help with this as well.

Also cost involved? Any idea?
