Throwing a spanner in the works.
If you can find a set of M Coupe rims.
I've always wanted to try a set on the E36

Thanks for all the comments guys :clapper:

@Gizmo - I have previously had the Style 29's on my 328i individual and personally preferred the M Contours. The 29's seems too small and they are not staggered.

I also feel that the 193's were out of place but the 18s did fill the arches quite nicely though.

After spending the weekend with the car and having the M Contours on the car whilst the M3 wheels were being refurbed, I must admit that on this car the M Contours come in a close 2nd to the M3 wheels.

Perhaps its the darker finish on the M Contours, but they appear smaller on this car.

I have therefore decided to go with the M3 wheels. And a drop in the new year - Moranor has already provided some good options to consider :praise:

... now to sort out a few issues on the car to get it back into shape.

Best choice IMO :clapper:

By the way, out of curiousity. Are these Auto boxes the ones with a "PRND4321" layout on the gearstick? Never could really wrap my head around how they work exactly.

I too voted for M3 rims, as you said a rim will suit a car depending on its colour. Contours look awesome on dark colours (your Ex violet 328i point in case) but looks a bit lost on the vert, either that or something is missing like a lowered suspension to pull the look off...
