From conversations with Sherwin and myself previously. I do believe you made contact with Sherwin to getting the car Xcede mapped. What was the outcome?
Sounds like a change of heart? Which you are entitled to.
My two cents worth , there are alot of good tuners onboard this forum and needless to say each tuner has its own following. I dont think it is "right" posing questions like above as it will just turn into another vwgticlub aka tuner war session which is just creating unnecessary politics.
We are all here cause of the love for BMW, to learn and respect each other etc. We are privileged to have knowledgeable tuners on this board that offer advise even if its not their product. That to me is key.
IMO rather PM each tuner and get his/her response as opposing to asking forum users which is better/best.
Forum users will be able to give you their opinion on customer service received. I know I for one cannot tell you the math behind the tuning that was done on my cars for example.
Please dont get me wrong , this is just my opinion and I dont mean to be shooting you down by any means.
This is one of the main reasons why Xcede no longer sponsor on that forum.
Sherwin and Xcede dont get involved the the politics and there is always politics.
Xcede wont bad mouth any other Tuner, online or offline.
If it does turn into a Tuner bashing thread, Xcede and its supporters will simply not post in that thread.
Results are not achieved on the forums but rather Customer experience, Dyno's and the Track.

The intent is definitely not to get anyone bashing brands here. As an individual, I would prefer to see who ranks high, since referrals often play a high part in the success of any business.
Like you mentioned, all the guys here are good at what they do but everyone in any industry has a specific edge over another, whether it be technical or customer relations, specifically when the product offering is generally the same.
I know of people that went to a specific tuner and then visited another for valid reasons.
Whilst some on my list have been around for longer than the next, it doesn't give them the advantage. Experience & knowledge certainly doesn't sit in the same pool IMO. You can have many many years of experience but this doesn't mean that you know what you're doing. Again, this isn't aimed at anyone in any manner whatsoever.

Just would hate to see this forum go down like the vwgti club one.
