I wonder how much it has to do with there being better drivers in Cape Town, or just more highways and less opportunities to get a bad rating. Been giving this app a go this past week, and while it's been fun I'm constantly worried about being rear-ended. The app expects you to be doing the off-ramp speed limit as soon as the off-ramp section begins, so you have to already be doing 60 while on the highway - not good.
