Wheel size.

Guys I don't know if there had been a question like this before. I have an E87 120i it's still stock. But I would like to change that in the form of 19" wheels. And a few other bits.

Has anybody tried putting some on that car? And does it have a huge difference on the power?
Any pros and cons will be accepted.

Depnding if you go with light weight wheels or not, oem or not will determine how much heavier the wheels are going to be.

I cant say how much of difference will be felt, hoping that a 120i owner can indicate that, but i would think that there would be difference on take off and lower revs and shouldnt be noticeable at higher revs( stand corrected)

Im not too sure , but I know Raven has 19" on his 118i.
I want to know someting, I have M sport rims on my car with run flats.
If I go for a normal rim, would the runflats still work!? Tiger wheel and tyre say it will?
Sorry for hijack

All good it's a good question. Yeah thanks for the reply. I'm trying to go OEM. Got 2 options. I was thinking. Yes I did take the idea for the second one from the 330d on this forum. I loved it

be prepared for a rough ride, and lost of wear on your control arms and suspension....it will fit and you car will noticably be alot slower....your consumption will also go up.....but its a small price to pay, it will look great. :=):
