wheel knock

yo whats up chaps

got my e36 auto, new problem, i got this knocking from the rear end, i think its more on the left wheel, its a knocking sound the only happens when there is no torque, like going down hill not pressing the accelarator. once pressed then the knock goes away.
my drive shaft seems fine from a visual inspection. i do know my senter bearing on my shaft needs to be tightend up, would this aid in this knocking noise?

Check out all your suspension bushings, rear shock mounts, and gearbox mountings, inspect the propshaft and drive shafts for lateral play

gearbox mounts are good, ill check the rest, but this knocking comes and goes from time to time, if i swerve/ long easy bend left the knocking sound comes back straight away

I would say diff mounts or rear shock mounts, I could be mistaken, Speak to Moranor from Axis maybe he could help as he supplies suspension parts.
