What to buy ? Help needed

As u guys know the e65 has been knocked a bit an I'm still de using whether to fix or leave . So being grief stricken I have convinced the wife that my pain can only assuaged by another BMW in the garage for the interim

Looking at E90 m325i and E90 330d 2006-2007 similar k about 120k and. Costing about 200k. Which car and why ? Reliability , problems etc will become daily driver what should I look for ?

For the same money..........330d wins on every level.

Am leaning towards E90 330 d with 103km on the clock , exclusive pack and fsh for 190k. Are swirl flaps an issue on these cars ?
