What is this car worth?

What would you guys say is a good price for this car, it's in very good condition and being the 520d with manual box, should be very reliable also?

2008 520d Motorsport
FSH with BMW
Sun roof
18 inch rims
Bluetooth
Brand new tyres
etc

Km's is around 124 000kms

The only worrying factor is the high mileage, yes i know it has been maintained well but if i ever were to sell it again i will get peanuts

I'm seeking looks and economy over power....would you guys still say the 530d over the 530d?

If it were my money that's what I would go for. It's 130k it's already selling for peanuts. The e39 530ds go for around 60 to 80k afaik. So you won't loose as much as a newer one. What is the asking price of the car you're looking at

High mileage se mielie. A well maintained diesel will give you a million km's.

R140k for the 520d is a good price, but the 530d will be lighter on fuel than the 520d once you feel the power of the 520d. You'll need to push that car so hard to get it uphill that you'll wish you had gone for the 530d.

Ummm that's not true at all. The 520d is not underpowered. It's not much heavier than a 3 series. But the 530d is better

Thats a very biased 530d owner opinion:tease::tease:, the 520d's have sufficient power and dont need the 'push up the hill'...you sounding like a 320i basher now :biglol:

The 520d will be much more economical. Around 150-200km per tank. If comparing to a E39 even more so. Sorry Dyllan :fishwack:

Since you not looking at DIY'ing a lot on your car I'd say go for the newer car with less mileage.
