My stock box developed a hole last week so this morning it got a Brospeed backbox and some s/s tailpipes.

Sounds the business. No crackle, no droning on freeway yet a nice deep tone.

On a sidenote... bottlecaps in for refurb finally...so rolling on steelies for now.

In the pursuit of fixing my AC, I ran my CarSoft OBD2 Diagnostic tool and found an AUC Sensor Error. Took a whole two minutes to pull it out, clean it, replace the filter, put it back in and then wipe the error code. One error code resolved, many more to be tackled...

Off to do some, unplanned/wanted, shopping tomorrow!

finally attended to that "pesky" sump plug oil leak on the E38 today....one less drip drip drip on this car.
and did an oil change at the same time.

next is to find the source of the power steering drip drip drip

And today, things were a bit quiet, so we tackled the power steering fluid leakage issue on the 7

found the exit pipe from the bottom of the reservoir to be very wet, so we tighened it up nicely and gave the sorrounding pipes a nice clean,

now we wait until friday to see if another leak or seepage appears elsewhere before we decide on the next bit of action

this car is becomming less and less of a dog (marking its territory every it parks)

I am about to fit a set of narrow and wides Motorsport II mags to my standard E36 325i 4door. Will the wides 17x8.5J with 245/40/17 tyres fit under the rear wheel arch without touching when going over bumps?
Was there a difference between the Motorsport E36's and the standard bodies? I have standard E36 suspension.

Attempted to repair my washer pump. Needs a new one. And still looking for a damn headlamp switch.

Oh. And derusted and repaired my battery bay. Repaired the dme compartment E36.

Picked up an old Audiobank 1400watt 4ch. and a xplod 12" from my brother.. modified the box and installed it in the e30. Neat controlled bass. Also hookes up my 5" speakers to the amp. What a dofference from headunit power to amp power over the same little speakers.

Fitted 2 new tyres in the front. Had the dealer do an in between service oil change (every 7000km. I washed the car and cleaned the tail piece with some metal polish and some tyre gel to on the tyres as a finishing touch.
