Installed new airfilter, cleaned MAF & MAP sensors, fixed dodgy electrical connection behind dash, finally finished and installed my center console panels that I have been restoring. Went for a spin. Experienced epic satisfaction:chef:

Serviced the 320d and then made the mistake of changing the fuel filter. Wow, what a total pain in the ass! This is not something you want to do without access to a proper lift. Then, just as I'm about done, I tip over the container I used to drain the diesel into. Grrrrrr.

Also, I plastidipped the bottom grills of the bumper in order to get them more black, to go with the other gloss black accents on the car. I'm 70% happy with it, I will see once I fit the bumper back on the car.

I can attest to this work... saw it today in living colour (the bumper... not Gert spraying his garage floor with diesel). By the way, his two beemers are gorgeous.

Many thanks to Gert for installing the "new" trim pieces to my car today. Nice change from a wood finish interior trim on on a silver sportpack exterior to some nice aluminium pieces on the inside

^^^ that really looks mean. Now I want to do mine :roflol:

Put my bumper back. After all that work I'm undecided if all the effort was worth it. I'll see what it looks like in sunlight, but at least it's a hell of a lot less grey.

Car seriously needs a good wash and detail, just wish I can find the time...

What took a lot of time is to fix some past butchering. The bumper has been re sprayed because of scratches at the bottom. There's 9 screws at the bottom and they were all different. I ended up buying the correct screws and C-clips from BMW and fixed up the mess.

Edit: I see some alignment is still needed on the right hand side where the kidneys meet the bonnet. How did I miss that?!
