I think the n54 is under estimated on top end especially against the bigger cars in fact had a look again at the video and the gap is more like 1 and a half car gap and at launch I had some wheel spin so by the time I got traction my front bumper was at his rear end then I managed to close the gap and still pull on him
So to the guy that opened the thread,don't under estimate your cars potential with right goodies

True story, my uncle has a bike shop and told me about a dude that came in asking why his bike wouldnt start after using NOS in the tank... turns out he put a bottle of the energy drink NOS into his tank :spit:

I ran a 335 with software (223wkw/469nm at Xcede Dyno Day) against a stock E55 - pretty tight up to about 110km (with the 335 marginally ahead) but from there it was no contest - the E55 was much too strong. I'm guessing you're gonna need to add a tad more than downpipes to the mix to keep up with the E55, let alone support your claim of "... bye bye e55 all the way, even on top ..."

I witnessed this myself. The e55 came flying past this particular modded 335i once over 110.
AMG e55 is a very fast "couch"

Ran the 335 against my mate's stock E55 over the weekend. Rolling start (40kph). At 60kph the E was a car in front, at 80kph about 2 cars, at 120kph about 4 cars and running away comfortably. An even faster couch - mighty impressive beast

Yeah no doubt the e55 is a monster even in stock form but my point is with the right mods on the n54 you can kill the e55

Just never ever ever for the life of you run a N55 X35 you WILL get tje beating of you life, I've seen stock N55 run it close to MODDED porsche turbo's, so you know you gonna get your ass whipped!! Please stay away, hahahahaha
