There's little available in that price bracket for a 135i or 335i that still has motorplan or low mileage.

Perhaps look for a 120d Coupe (you'll still have MP)... You won't look back. Also take your time, perhaps the perfect example will come around.

if you're at the coast you can get a really nice 125i coupe & change intake & software & have 330i power.

I would say get the newest car you can get, with the most warranty which leaves you with less to worry about.

I think that's a place to start! You have enough money to get a really late model BMW (with the way they depreciate!) and possibly some Motorplan!

Try the Autotrader - place R250 000 as the highest price and scroll down - you will be amazed! A colleague found an F30 Motorsport 320i for R249 000! An F30! AND, there were more F30s or LESS!

There was also an F10 528i Motorsport for less than that!

When you look at the Autotrader, Automart etc. searching with your budget, there are PLENTY of choices! Enjoy your purchase.....post pics soon!

I really looking at a 1 series coupe or a 3 series coupe. I want spend 240K max, what you guys think.

I am no mechanic and just heard loads problems on the N54 engines so not sure.

Any advice fanatics?

135i might fit in the budget but be prepared for higher maintenance costs.
