well done to Leo Haese Hatfield

I have to compliment Leo Haese in Hatfield. After all the bullshit with Menlyn bmw with my wheel alignment the dp,s pa made an appointment for me with Leo Haese in Hatfield. What a pleasure to deal with. Did the the job, on the way back from the was bay they noticed some scrubbing by the wheels on the tiles. Put the car back on the machine and after some checking found some of the locknuts stripped.replaced them and redid alignment.

(Note here hat Menlyn are the only people to have done work on the car before)

This all on Friday with the dealership closing at 12.
While waiting spoke to the workshop manager and in 10 mins had al the quotes for
Exhauxt, power pack, disks that I have been waiting 6 months for from Menlyn

Their Consultants are generally good, which is your interface to the Workshop.

I guess every DS has a rotten apple somewhere. It happens that people are extremely happy and extatic with the very same DS others have issues with. Clearly slipups are remembered longer as opposed to the extatic service that was provided. :fencelook:
