Well done Auric Auto

Usually when the word dealer appears on this site there is much swearing to follow but I just want to mention a positive experience my sister just had with her E46 320i.

She visited me on Friday with the car misfiring, I checked it out and it was a coil pack that had failed.

On Saturday at like 11:55 she phones Auric Auto in cpt just as they were about to close.

Parts stayed open and waited for her to arrive at like 12:30, and they even had the foresight to keep one of the mechanics back from going home to fit the coilpack.

Well done Auric Auto, even better considering its in the middle of the busy holiday season where everybody is gatvol and service levels are generally low.

 Good to hear some positive feedback regarding dealer service.

I also get quite qood service from Leo Haese Centurion, the part guy is Terry. He has a strange accent but he knows his stuff and serves with a smile.

Well it is good to know that this still happens, usually the guys I encounter at the parts departments are too lazy to do anything, and I have been recommended on numerous occasions by the guys at the dealers that it would be better if I just import stuff myself.

Excellent! We will forward this post on to the principal dealer.

We want them to be aware when there services are bad and when they excell, like in this case.

That's pretty good!! Heard not so good things about them from a friend of mine - then again, it was some years ago when he still owned a Mini Cooper S. Now he has an Audi A3 and bitterly complaining about the service he's getting from them...
