Got home just in time to get off the roads before the storm hit. We did have hail, but it was luckily small.

By the time I wanted to leave work yesterday afternoon, the hail was coming down like crazy. Small hail, but really coming down like it was here to prove a point haha.

Was standing at the door waiting for a quick gap to get to the car which was right in front of the door. Had laptops and things I needed to load. Eventually after waiting for 15 minutes it wasn't subsiding so I thought stuff it, let's go. In the 30 seconds it took me to get to the boot to load the laptops, get back to the door to close and lock up and then into the car, I was drenched like I'd taken a swim. Water ran down me and onto the seat. I realised how bad this was when I took the first corner and a pool of water was sloshing from side to side behind my backside! :lmoa: Grabbed a cloth and tried soaking it up.

The rubber of the Z3's door is also not so great anymore as it was leaking all over me on the way home...
