Just pulled into the garage as it started....phew. But it was massive here in Roodepoort. My school was litteraly under water....waist high! Went there after the storm and it was bad! Also the river pushed up and over the road. (Cornelius street, Weltevreden park). And now looks like its starting up again...

I just drove through the most horrid weather.

7 aquaplane'ing all over the place, go to close to the curb and water splashes across the windscreen so that you cannot see.

N3 highway blocked, took the back routes home....

This is getting terrible....

Well here at Harties was the worst storm I have ever experienced.

An entire field of trees blew over at Pelindaba and almost all of the boards next to the N4 highway looked like folded paper

Back of the 320d got hail damage as im squeezed for space under my carport.:argh:
Storm went through Alberton between 2 and 3 this morning.
Any connections on paintless dent removal.

Hey Max, imo its definitely gotten worse over the past couple of years. Storms are more frequent and hail larger.....:thumbdo:

but www.weatherphotos.co.za shows it as less severe than yesterday

radar images indicate nothing developing..........as yet !
