Is there any recommendations where i could get a dye or application to bring them to life again?

If you post some pics of your seats, we would be able to judge better..

Since you say there is no wear, try giving them a good clean with meguiars gold class leather cleaner, then a good application of meguiars gold class leather cream, should make a good difference :thumbs:

Theres a place in midrand that re-dyes the seats but its costly. Last i checked it was around R650 per seat. The rear seat is counted as 2. But if you can find the dye let me know. I have the small airbrush that they use to do it and I know a certain forum member that has some old seats lying around that we can practise on.

Guys, so heres the seats, i got a quote from Leather Aid here in Cape Town
I feel its a bit pricey so i'd preferably like to DIY, but i'll keep an eye out for a place that sells like a dye kit
Also, i found this AWESOME DIY walkthrough on this bloke doing his M3, pretty impressive! M3 DIY
So if anyone knows where i could purchase a kit, would appreciate the help :=):

Hi, i redyed my E36 light grey leather seats about 20 months ago with a spray on dye that i got from PE. Search my posts and you will find all the info there, as well as some pictures of the actual seats before and after. I ordered the dye and picked it up in Paarden Eiland iirc. Was very cheap, cost inclusive of 5l thinners was about R450, which was enough to respray two whole sets of seats. After removing and cleaning of the seats and door cards, i sprayed the dye on with my cheap spray gun and compressor and it was very easy. I am not a spay painter by any chance. The pictures below was taken 18 months after respray.
