My E39 BMW 530d is having issues, she starts when cold, she's had her egr, delete swirl delete and been remapped, however I've had this issue for about a year, when the engine is at its optimum running temp she just turns over and fails to start, this issue was here before the above was carried out and hasn't changed, the leak off test showed that 4 of the injectors were lower than the 2 last injectors, there is fluid build up around the injectors, has anyone had this issue or has a way of testing to find this issue
