Good morning!
Whether you are hunting for Easter Eggs, or hunting for clues, April is the time to do it! Its time for the Annual VWCSA Treasure hunt ! Last years Treasure Hunt was a huge success, with only MarshallGTI getting lost and landing up and the finishing point after everyone went home! Winners took home some cool prizes, and the last person to the final destination took home some JustinBelieber music and lunchboxes! (Ryan was so late his only prize was that he made it!)
Duck and Boost have spent loads of time making this years hunt even more challenging, so bring your best!
Date: Sunday 19th April 2015
Time: 9:00 -10:00 Registration, First cars will be set off from 10:00 sharp. (its NOT A RACE)
Start Point: Stoneridge Shopping Centre (Edenvale) At Parking Lot next to car wash
Cost: R100 (for all, and open to everyone)
What you will need:
- Driver and Co-Pilot(s) - minimum of 2 people required (more are welcome)
- Camera or smart phone camera
- Small change
- Pen and Paper
- Google is your friend.
- A GREAT Sense of Humour and a good sense of direction.
- Strong cup of coffee first thing (you need the brain to be active for this one)
- Keen eye sight
- Sun Screen
Common concerns addressed:
Route will not touch a tolled highway, however we cannot help it if you use the tolled highways to get to Stoneridge Shopping Mail.
Route is +-100km
The start point is at Stoneridge Mall, so you can grab a breakfast before we leave, and our end point will be at a location we can relax and have lunch
