Valve stem seals replacement- best workshop in Capetown?

Hi guys

My valve stem seals on my e90 320i 2008 (120 000 km on the clock) need to be replaced - SMG Tygervalley quotes R10 000. Is this a reasonable price or can anyone suggest alternative workshops?
