Valve cover gasket replacement

Hi Guys, does anyone know of a good workshop near primrose or edenvale that can replace the valve cover gasket on my 2001 525i ?

Any advice would be highly apreciated

if you good with a Spanner, DYI bud

Lol, I'm not too bad with a spanner, but with my luck it will leak even more when i'm done

Lol, I'm not too bad with a spanner, but with my luck it will leak even more when i'm done

not a fuck.

Easy job to do. Take the time to strip away as much as possible regarding brackets and covers, gently disconnect the brittle af CCV pipes and unbolt (don't lose the bloody things, BMW dealers don't keep stock on hand) and gently whack with a sand hammer if it doesn't want to budge.

Done it on my 46/39/60. I think the 46 was the least painful to get to the back most bolts. But that was also 4 years ago.
