I have a 2004 X5 (E53) 4,4 with 138,000 K's on the clock. Full service history and I've just had new front swing arms, lower control arms and ball joints fitted. The car is immaculate and the only modification is that I've had the cats removed. Oh, it's a steptronic.
If I put this car on the market what would be a fair price to ask? Naturally I will provide a roadworthy certificate as well. I thought that R160,000 is a fair figure. The reason I'm thinking of doing this is because I've seen a very nice 645 and now I have an itch that needs scratching very badly. Am I on the wrong path with this thought process? The 645 is also a 2004 model and price asked is R230,000 also with 137,000 on the clock. But it is soooooo nice.
Thanks for the advice in advance, chaps
