Lets share some knowledge. Since we didn't get a diesel section

Can Methanol or Noz be used in diesel engine's?

Whats the pro's and con's?

Is it safe, etc?

What needs to be changed, etc?

Has anyone done this? What was the outcome?

Look forward to your comments

AVGAS is used on Diesel motors but why you wanna do more is pointless to me cause smaller mods prove they work as well.

Downpipe , water/meth , cooler , software , upgraded fans.

LPG is used with great success overseas though the problem we face here in SA is the infrastructure an the availability of these items.

Also in terms of pricing its only one rand cheaper then petrol. While abroad its more like 50% the cost. You get more complete burn and safe power levels upto 30 - 40%. There are a few companies instaling systems - you have Prins in CPT an some ppl in Gauteng. CMH is only doing the vaporizer systems. Which are low tech compared to the seq injection systems of Prins / JTG etc.

If we are to use a liquid injection sysytem which woud have a function of cooling as LPG in a liquid state is extremely cold. One would see increased benefits.
