Urgent Help I'm Stuck on the road

Guys I don't know if someone can help, I'm trying to get of Gizmo but no answer. I'm stuck with the family outside Panarama fleamarket on the side of the road, the car won't start

When I turn my ignition on the lights come on, then when I start the car it cranks, then tries to idle and cuts out, I don't have tools with me either

Not yet, can't get hold of Gizmo which is close to here, I just found out I have a road side towing and I just phoned them, don't know how long it will take though.

Sorry we were not able to help get the car going again but theres nothing worse than being stranded on the side of the road alone. At least we could keep you company.

Hope you get the car sorted topclub, she is looking good :coolShake: looks mint! Seems to be a fueling issue, what it is though not sure.. Maybe some more technically knowledgeable members (than myself) here can get some more ideas.

I knew I could not really help technically but when I saw the thread and knew it was down the road I jumped in the car.. I know what it's like to be stranded alone next to the road, it's not cool.. So thought I would come render any assistance I could even if I just chilled there with you guys!

Making this post on request of Topclub. He's having issues posting and requested i post on his behalf:

"Ok I managed to speak to Gizmo and this is what he told me to do
1- swop the fog light relay with the fuel pump relay - didn't make a difference
2- since I don't have a multi meter I had to use a 12v globe and put wires to globe and 2 wires to fuel pump, and as per Gizmo if the globe lights up then it will be fuel pump faulty. Got the wife to turn ignition on and I put wires on the pins of pump and nothing.
So now if I remember correctly what Gizmo said he mentioned about a crank shaft sensor if I'm not mistaken, so now I don't know"
