Update:
Spoke to Jeff at Zwartkops. The first available weekend is 8th September 2012 and then only 10th Novemeber 2012 after 12:00. The BMW Car club has their karting event on the 10th of November in the morning. We can get the track after them, but I don't think that's a great idea. So we need a firm list with people for the 8th of September in the morning and we need to get payments done A.S.A.P. We need to pay a 50% deposit to finalise the booking.

So to recap. It's R425 per person if we do the F1 Sprint Race. It's also R425 if we do the 1 hour endurance race with 2 members in a team. Either way we need at least 10 people and we need to pay a 50% deposit to secure the time slot. 8th September 2012, 11:30 in the morning.

The earliest alternative date is 10th November 2012 after the BMW car club event. I think they finish at 12:00.

If I don't have ten people willing to commit by tomorrow afternoon, I will have no choice but to cancel the Zwartkops karting event.

The alternative would be to move it to Kyalami, seeing that the first dates available from Zwartkops is 8 September and then again in November.:nonono:
