Zwartkops is awesome! I have driven Zwartkops twice now. It is an awesome track. I am just scared that the guys that attended the Zwartkops track in September last year, will be disappointed with the Kyalami track. Especially seeing that Kyalami charges more than Zwartkops.

I made a mistake with the pricing.

Its R627 per kart (vat inclusive), not per person. So if we team up, its around R314 per person. That being said, its only for 20mins of driving if we sharing a kart.

I was thinking along the lines of the 1 hour endurance race. That will work out to:

R683.89p/p for 5 karts and 10 drivers
R664.91p/p for 6 karts and 12 drivers
R651.35p/p for 7 karts and 14 drivers
R641.18p/p for 8 karts and 16 drivers

Each driver will then get 30 mins to drive. I still think it's expensive. :dunno:

I just don't want to organise this and then everybody that went to Zwartkops complain about the Kyalami karting track.:nonono:

In that case I would rather contact Jeff van Roon at the Zwartkops track and organise an event there instead.

i have seen the track at kyalami and to be honest looks dull compared to zwartkops,even the indoor tracks are dull compared to zwartkops.

wont be able to race as i dont know what work has installed for me,but if off will pop in to say hi

I have been on both a few times and Zwartkops might be the better one...reason being that the kyalami track is a lot shorter and the track is not as wide as the Zwartkops track so overtaking will be very difficult although the karts there are quite good. I will vote in favor of Zwartkops

Ok guys. Good news. We can get the Zwartkops track on the 2nd of March. Bad news, the price has gone up. Good news, it's still cheaper than Kyalami. R450 per person if we do an hour endurance race with 2 people per team or R450 for the F1 event which also equates to 30min.

I can accommodate you.

Rate is now R450 per Kart for the F1 event 30min and R900.00 per kart per Hour.

Minimum F1 event 10 Karts max 11 and endurance minimum 5 Maximum 10 .
