A suggestion on setting out teams, maybe we should do it on a total team weight per kart basis? If its roughly the same, and everyone does an equal number of laps then it should minimize the weight impact.

We need to meet at Zwartkop's entrance around 08:45. I need to give you guys the tickets to enter as they have a race meeting on Saturday.
