Well if you take GBP 56k and convert that in ZAR we are looking at about R1m.

Im thinking it will be in the region of R1,3m stock without extras

but cars are cheap in the UK

by the time the M arrives the price of a decent Aston Martin DB9 will be lower...

Bottom line an m3 cannot be more expensive or close in price to an m5

Problem is,the UK price doesn't include any sort of import tax. Whereas here,they do. That base price works out to just over R1mil without options.M-DCT is a R50k addition.Carbon ceramic brakes another R100k give or take.F10 M5's are going for anything between R900k and R1.4k (mileage and spec dependent) on Autotrader. BMW also just announced their latest price increase. I reckon you looking at R1.1mil base up to about R1.4mil with some kit on.Mighty expensive.Scary thing is,it's going to sell like hotcakes.

You right it will sell like hot cakes, but rightfully shouldn't be too close to the M5. I think bone stock should be just under a mil? My opinion.

What's a stock F10 costing these days? About R1.2mil before the price increase on the 1st of Feb? It's going to be close,M3 appeals to a different segment of the market compared to the M5 though.

True,if you look on that price list there is a maintenance plan costing:

So their MP equivalent is GBP3,460.
