What tyres are you looking for - 15s, 16s, 17s??? - standard or runflats???. TWT had runflat Hankooks on special a while ago (if you need runflats, that is) - heard only good stuff about them.

Also try www.tyretraders.co.za to get an indication of pricing on some of the different brands.

However, I'm in JHB and not sure who's the best dealers for tyres in CT.

Missy, being in CT you are in luck, i'll post the details of an invaluable contact for tyres tomorrow morning, as i have his number at the office.

You simply will not find a tyre supplier in CT with lower prices.

Its only because I only ever put new tyres on the back.... the rear tyres always move to the front before new ones go on the back again

Hello guys,

I have recently replaced the front runflats on my Mini with Dunlop 205/45/17's (also RF), straight from BMW, which cost R2600 a pop.

Last night, however, I managed to get ambushed by a rock on the road which has torn the side wall. Does anyone know anywhere in JHB/PTA that I can get a better price?

Was this Dyl's car? 3.0 Litre Z4? Silver?

He was telling me about the bill last night. Was shocked! Those prices are insane. Thats said. It is runflats.
