Turbo flutter

Not sure if I should be posting this in the diesel form or the 1 series form.
But I’m wanting to get the turbo flutter (pigeon noise) from my turbo.
What causes this and how could I do it ?

i dont think its possible, from my understanding of turbo diesels... they dont have a throttle plate mechanism which is what interfaces to the wastegate of the turbo (dumps excess pressure and makes that noise).

something like that......

buy a petrol turbo car rather :roflol:

:withStu: you can enhance the turbo noise tho to get more of a spooling sound and a dumping sound by doing a down pipe and removing the center boxes on the exhaust.
