Towing in CPT who can I use?

I need to flatbed a car tomorrow from Diepriver to Somerset West Cape Town.

Any idea who is reliable that I can use, don't want to pay an arm and leg?

Herre in PTA me and my brother use this guy with one of those AA style flatbed, he charges R450 for a <100km tow. Not very helpful I know but I would not pay more than this.
