Torque setting all bolts BMW

Ah yes that document, sore point with me.

S38 front crank bolt 440Nm + 90 degrees, we had four guys with a 7ft extension some bizarre BMW locking contraption and this big car almost on two wheels from tightening force.

It's just a number till you try actually do it, was crazy

Sounds crazy. I don't trust torque numbers anymore.

hehe.. which is why i usually advise 320/330d owners with torn crank dampers to take the car to someone with the right tools/bmw contraptions.. you aint had fun yet till you have tried to remove a 400nm + bolt with garage tools..
