is there any tool for sanding the inside of pipes? i want to make sure my branches are as smooth as they can be...

what if you tried the method where they place an object in this large tub of granular beads(like the 'sand' used in sand blasting) and they move the tub. It should help. Not sure who does that though.

you can get any diameter from most hardwares. even builders warehouse-
then like the articles before you need a flexible collets or a holder and you can use a drilling machine.
I've seen maintenance crews here by me use it to clean out long extrusion nozzles.

what area are you from? i'm sure i could "borrow" you a collet.

this is it :) we have something similar in jewellery but its to small to the branch :) ill go find one and make/find something flexable for it...

im in pmb so doubt i can come pick it up :)

Check with local engineers or maybe get it ceramic coated, that will give it a smooth finish.

You may also be able to use a Dremel with a Flex shaft, depending on how long the manifold is.

there is a bit of weld spatter in them so i want to get rid of it... i wanted to wrap them but it seems they fail pretty quick when you do that... see how much i get quoted for coating them and decide if its worth it or not...
