Tire options e36 ///M

Hey guys.

Im about to buy me a set of rear tires and when it comes to tires i always want it for maxium grip i have a few options and since santam is throwing a safety holiday promotion for santam policy holders im not too sure what tires to take anyone that can help me make the decision its 245/40/17s or even something with just a decent amount of grip, on average how much do these tires go for each(your average tire)

was researching these tyres seems like they very good tyre whats the price on these? it seems everywhere i phone for average tyres its R1500-R2000 and thats not even really good makes

also got good prices on federal and nankangs but have no idea the rating on these tyres have anyone used them before?

They go between R2500-R1600 depending on where you buy.

Hi have the Good Year Eagles F1s as well

225-45-17 Front
245-40-17 Rear

Tyres are quiet, good grip in the wet
awesome in the dry for high speed driving and excellent off the line for sprints

I would highly recommend them

what ever you do, do not mix your tyre by having different bran infront compared to rear. Your car will definetly loose out in the handling stakes. been there before and you will have soccerballs for eyes:flyfun:

Wow, this post has potentially saved me quite a bundle, since I have to replace 4 of mine yesterday! Will enquire about this option from Santam.
