Had an e30 once upon a time, finally got me another bimmer.
Melbourne Red M235i. I'll get some better pics when she's clean.

Anyone know where a person might find a space saver spare wheel that'll clear the M Performance brake calipers?

Space saver. There’s a guy on gumtree who sells them. But read up about it. You need to secure that wheel in your boot properly in case of an accident, you don’t want the wheel coming through the seat.... word of advise, just stick to run flats, not worth all the hassle.

I have an E90 330i which does not have run-flats and I was paranoid about not having a spare. So I got a space saver. One day when I got a flat I noticed to my dismay that it caught on the caliper. In the end my friend at a local tyre fitment center advised to use a spacer. We tested it and it was fine. The wheel bolts were still going in far enough to be safe. We used something similar to this:
