A totally unique look! Well done

How difficult was the spray job? Is the finish even?

Was super easy and the finishes are every even we did have to do one or two touch ups afterwards on the bonnet ,,but came out even all round ,,,the more coats you do the better it just absorbs and takes away any imperfections.

Nice to have the gun though as you can maintain and change whenever you like and the paint was R 1400 for a 5 liter and that did the whole car you just have to mix with thinners to their spec

How long did it take to complete?

Took us 3 days but you can do it in a day
It took us time because we took the bumpers off and stuff wich i regret now cause it would have been easier with it on cause we had to touch up after.

If i do it again i would just spray the entire car other than the windows and peel off the lights ect

Nice work!

How many coats did you do and what ratio did you use? 60:40 thinners to plasti-dip?

I did mine in a day, but fked up the ratio in the beginning so need to touch up some panels. need to do a lot of coats with it so thinned down for it to peel off the windows easier.

For every 250 ml Plasti Dip we used between 550 ml Thinners and we did 3-4 coats the doors and panels and roof 3 coats but the more curvy bumpers i used 4 coats :fencelook:

I like the white good job
