Time for an Upgrade

Been reading things on this forums for years, but recently decided to start posting,

I've been running with an E36 316i for 4 years, been good to me, a few issues here and there but I think its time for a change.

I've been thinking about a E46 325i or 330i SportPack.

Whats your guys feelings on the two models?

Budgets about R100k

Been reading alot and I'am leaning towards the 330i Sportpack,

But they are SOOO hard to find. and being a first time buyer, its a tad difficult not being taken for a ride.

But that picture has got me falling inlove with the e46.

My problem is where do I start,

My e36 served me well, but theres no power!, I still love the look of the M3 e36 but finding those in good condition is difficult

some nice pics there. My sis-in-law's boyfriend is looking to sell his 2003 330i Msport, no sunroof, but he is out in East London, said something about R90k. 167 000km.

330i and 325i fuel cons is not far from each other..

And if you want power 330i would be best bet.

One of my mates is looking at selling their e46 330, don't know about sport pack etc, but the car is fully loaded! sat nav, elec seats, etc etc... I am going round soon to get exact specs and some pics

go for it bud ,if u do find a neat 330 for that price grab it with 2 hands ,i was lookin for quite a while ,then settled for a 325 and im happy :rollsmile:

Servicing-Go to Gizmo on the forum .
Running costs for 325i or 330i are similar , petrol depends on right foot .
Try go for a few test drives , do not be in a hurry
