Hi all Fanatics
I was chatting to a friend the other day about the "sluggish" response on the throttle on my 320i F30. Especially when I am in comfort mode and need immediate power to overtake at lower speeds (under 80km/h).
He mentioned something about some throttle adaptation reset, and gave me some instructions to try. I am not sure how it works, and thinking of trying this out later today.
The procedure he gave me was:
1) press the accelerator full down
2) press the start/stop button (engine on not started)
3) keep the accelerator in for 2 minutes
4) while the accelerator is still pressed, hit the start/stop button to switch the car off
5) release the accelerator and leave the car for 2 minutes
6) start the car as normal and continue driving.
Anyone else ever tried this and have any feedback or input on this?
Thanks
