If was a manual and he dropped his asking price with R10000 to R65000 it could have been more acceptable, although the price for E30's have sky-rocketed to some ridicules prices, especially the E30 325is prices. :yuck:

They are cult cars and icons, but yeah, if someone really looked after a E30 and treated it with respect, then you could get a decent price.

And guess what? Someone will buy it.:nonono:

And thats the worst part. Morons like those create a market for people to sell anything carte blanche. R75000 for a 22 year old car thats just a normal 325i? You can get a 10 yr old e46 for that price! Obviously the guy selling this 325i is living on planet Zorg, otherwise he would have realised that.

Nice looking car, but no way said the hay, at that price it would have to have a much lower mileage and be totally original.

What I don't get is sinking so much money into a car that'll probably get stolen.

Wait...

I had the opportunity to get a red 325is but turned it down due to the fact I would be restoring a 325is for some car thief in the near future. I know lots of guys that bought them and 2-3weeks later they are stolen!

I know that its a free country and everybody is entitled to advertise anything for how ever much they want. But there is a fine line between asking your price and being just plain damn crazy...This guy falls into the latter group....

Car does look nice though....

I say in another 10 years or more time, E36's will be going for those prices & E30's will be over the R100k mark

crazy price.

looks good on the surface, but the underneath bothers me. especially in the part of the world where he is from. The bluff in Durban is a coastal suburb. lots of salt water and kak in the air from Engen and the other Petrochemical companies.

Adding a few Alpina Stickers does not make the car an Alpina model. if it were a genuine Alpina, then maybe the price would be about correct.

I have had this argument about cars from the iron age going for these rediculous prices so many times.....so I will stay out of this one..I will just leave one comment (Insured value as stated = R15 000). :fencelook:
