Thinking of buying a f10 520d 2014

Hi all I'm in need of a new car (used to drive a e82 120d) and saw a mint 520d available thoughts as a daily? I haven't driven something that big as yet

Hey bud.
My experience:
It's not as light on fuel as the f30 diesels.
Doesn't look that big until you have to get it into a narrow parking/garage.
Running costs are a bit higher, keep in mind the rear tyres are 275 wide.
Other than that, it's magical.

Hi

Can’t go wrong with it, I use mine as a daily, a 2014 520d. It’s light on fuel and very comfortable and I’ve had basically minimal maintenance cost. It’s been 25000km with stage 2 tune and Dp, no issues thus far.

Only things I’ve done since out of plan are brakes, transmission fluid, diff fluid, oil services and vibration damper. Car is at 148000km. Can’t see myself getting rid of it to be honest. Oh and I did tires as well recently which cost quite a bit, as I have the 19s with 275 rear and 245 front.

Hello, I have a 2014 520d. It is a beautifull car, lovely drive. I enjoy being behind the wheel of it. As the other guys have said. Regular maintenance is all that it needs. Stuff I learnt from this forum. You wont go wrong.
