Good question... In some ways perhaps cheaper? As you're making the purchase with BMW AG, so perhaps you're not paying any dealer fee's and such?

I havent really researched it so I'm just sucking that out of my thumb!

Accommodation, food etc.
then you have import duties and shipping.
Plus onviously the cost of the car.

Importing to SA will be a hassle. It makes sense for those living in Europe to collect from the factory for an unforgetable experience.

Germany is stunning! After further research the Euro Delivery is only available in selected countries, I've forgotten the website now, but IIRC: USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, Belgium and France...
